The best product strategy is a fast feedback loop. Shipping early and iterating in response to real user behavior beats months of planning in a silo every time.
2. No Placeholder Copy
Details define trust. Using real data, precise numbers, and contextual copywriting makes user interfaces feel immediately valuable and cohesive.
3. Technical Context
Great product leaders write code. Understanding database indexes, API architectures, and semantic models enables building better roadmap trade-offs.
