Both companies I've founded were built in this city. Medzin was a Delhi healthcare platform I co-founded, funded with $150,000 in seed capital, grown to 18,000+ users and Rs. 60L ARR serving patients and clinics across the NCR. WisOwl AI, which I co-founded in Delhi and which was later acquired, served the Indian hiring market with agentic AI: 10,000+ jobseeker signups, 10+ recruitment-firm and startup customers. Between them I spent eight years working with New York-based CaaStle from this same city, managing growth product across a ~$50M+ ARR portfolio. What in-person engagements look like

• Strategy days: a full working day with your leadership on one hard question (positioning, roadmap, PMF evidence), with a written decision doc before I leave the building.
• Workshops: prioritization resets, OKR planning, or JTBD interview training, run hands-on with your actual backlog and your actual customers.
• Fractional with a face: ongoing product leadership where the weekly cadence includes real presence: user research done together in the field as well as dashboards reviewed on calls.
• AI product scoping: increasingly Delhi companies want LLM features scoped by someone who builds them; I do these sessions at the whiteboard, architecture and economics included.
