This is a vocational training operator for the three trades that AI infrastructure cannot be built without: electricians, HVAC and cooling technicians, and welders. It combines a structured curriculum, hands-on lab time, and apprenticeship placement into a single pipeline that takes someone with no trade background to a licensed, employer-ready hire in months rather than years.

The customer is twofold. On one side are career-changers and young workers who want a shorter, cheaper path into a trade that now pays six-figure wages on data-center and grid projects. On the other side are the general contractors, electrical contractors, and hyperscale developers who are bidding against each other for a labor pool that cannot grow fast enough through the traditional four-year apprenticeship system.

The wedge is specialization: rather than being a generic trade school, the curriculum is built around the specific skills data-center and grid work demands, such as medium-voltage switchgear, liquid and immersion cooling systems, and high-density power distribution, which most community college and union programs do not yet teach. That lets the platform place graduates directly into the highest-paying, highest-demand segment of the trades market instead of competing in the commoditized end.
