This is a thin software layer built for mid-market freight brokers and small asset-light 3PLs, the shops with roughly five to fifty employees running a basic TMS and still comparing carrier rates in email threads and spreadsheets. It ingests rate quotes however they actually arrive, PDFs, emailed rate sheets, carrier portal exports, EDI feeds, and converts them into one normalized, comparable format so a broker can see every option for a lane side by side in seconds instead of re-keying numbers by hand.
The wedge is narrow on purpose: it does not try to replace the broker's TMS or CRM. It sits next to the existing stack, ingests quotes from whatever carriers and sources a given brokerage uses, and pushes a clean comparison back into the workflow the broker already runs, whether that is a TMS screen, a spreadsheet, or a Slack channel. That keeps the sales motion simple, a broker can turn it on without ripping out anything they already pay for.
The target buyer matters as much as the feature set. Enterprise TMS and visibility vendors build for the largest shippers and asset-heavy 3PLs, where big contracts justify heavy integration work. Mid-market brokers are too small for that attention and too complex for generic spreadsheets, which is exactly the gap this product is built to sit in.
